FORMAT
ThemaincomponentofanyapplicationisdemonstrationofcompliancewithallapplicableLandDevelopmentRegulations(LDRs)
andResolutions.ThesubmittalchecklistsareintendedtoidentifyapplicableLDRstandardsandtooutlinetheinformationthatmust
besubmittedtosufficientlyaddresscompliancewiththosestandards.
Forsomesubmittalcomponents,minimum
standardsandformattingrequirementshavebeenestablished.Thosearereferenced
on the checklists where applicable. For all other submittal components, the applicant may choose to make use of narrative
statements,maps,drawings,plansandspecifications,tablesand/orcalculationstobestdemonstratecompliancewithaparticular
standard.
