This form is to request approval to serve as a PI/PD for a specific project when the individual is not designated as routinely
eligible under Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) Policy #3.1 –
Principal Investigator Eligibility

and Economic Development (TRED) senior administration. It is strongly recommended that approval be obtained prior to
initiating a proposal.
