Rules & Regulations:
1 – Permit must be approved prior to hanging of banner.
2 – Minimum clearance with banner hanging is 17 ½ feet. Maximum Length is 30-feet; Minimum
Length is 20-feet, Maximum Height is 30-Inches and the Minimum Height is 24-Inches.
3 – Banner must remain secure during the whole time it is on display. It may not flap loose in the
wind. Ropes used for securing banner must be kept out of traffic lanes and secured to the
poles at all times.
Owners will be asked to remove, immediately, any banner that is not in compliance. It is the applicant’s
responsibility for making sure this banner is kept in compliance during the duration of time on display.
