This is a contract to complete an Honors Option in the approved class
designated below. The project must be completed by the agreed upon date.
Incomplete contracts will NOT be processed. Please note that students are allowed only a maximum of 6
units of Honors Option credit out of their 15 unit total program requirement. For more information,
contact our office at honors@pasadena.edu.
NO HONORS OPTION WILL BE APPROVED WITHOUT THIS FORM.
Please follow these instructions:
1. Complete the following form with signatures from both the student and the professor.
2. Type a description of the Honors Option project and its requirements and staple it to this form.
3. Turn in this signed contract and your project description to our office or mailbox by date listed above.
4. Each student is responsible for retaining copies of his/her contract and project description.
