In accordance with NCAA regulations, the second part of this form contains questions
that we are required to ask incoming students participating in NCAA Division III
Athletics at Whitman if they have received outside scholarships. If you are NOT
participating in Division III Athletics at Whitman, you do not need to complete the
second part of this form.
