administrative authority over the courts in the Fourth Judicial District.
2. Pursuant to Minn. R. Pub. Access 8, subd. 2(i)(1), notice and an opportunity to be
heard, regarding the intent to provide remote access to publicly available records in this
case via a case specific webpage, was provided to the named parties through their
counsel. No comments were received.
3. This case has generated extraordinary global public interest and media inquiries,
including document requests that would unduly burden Court staff if access is not
provided on a remote basis.
Based upon the foregoing, the Court enters the following:
