Using Financial Aid?
If you are using financial aid to pay for classes, you must provide a contact phone number
where you can be reached during business hours. Gwinnett Tech staff will verify your financial
aid and contact you regarding your status. Review your Banner account to determine if your
financial aid has been processed. Please check each box to indicate you have read and
understand the information below.

I understand that I must pay my entire balance after I have registered during Drop/Add
Registration. If I am using financial aid, I understand that my file must be complete and aid must
be authorized to qualify for drop/add registration. If I am using financial aid, I also understand
that I am responsible for any remaining balance after my financial aid has been applied. I may
be asked for a receipt to prove payment. I understand it is my responsibility to drop my classes
by the deadline of May 28th, 2020 if my balance has not been paid in full.
