Thank you for your interest in being considered for a judicial appointment by Governor Kay
Ivey.
For your application to be considered for review, you must sign the last page and submit your
questionnaire along with your resume using one of the following methods below.

The Appointments Office will contact you if additional information is required. Please bear in
mind that Governor Ivey may be statutorily required to select judicial appointees from a local
nominating committee. The Governor’s Appointments Office makes every effort to ensure that

If you are appointed to a judicial vacancy, you will be notified by phone and receive the hard
copy of your appointment letter in the mail within five business days of your appointment.
