In an effort to help ensure students are properly planning for the financial expenses of living off-campus prior to receiving an Off-Campus
Exemption, please return this completed form with required documentation to the Office of Residence Life located in Bair Family Student
Center. Please note you may be asked to have a short meeting with the Director of Residence Life to review the information prior to the final
approval process.
