understand that:

At a later time, I will be responsible for also attending the in-person class.
•
Must secure all permits in a safe location; permits are required to be issued numerically according to the online inventory
system;
•
Lost, missing, stolen or destroyed TRP will result in a $151 fee.
•
Misuse of TRPs or drive-away permits will result in a $175 fee, possible loss of system access, and/or criminal charges.
•
Submitting any fraudulent information into ERT, TRP or other systems will result in suspension and/or revocation of
dealer’s license.
•
Dealers must not allow the use of his or her dealer license for non-dealers to purchase vehicles at auctions.
Once we can return to normal operations, a dealer representative will visit your premises to perform an inspection[BK1].
