YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that:
You have a right to a hearing to determine if reasonable cause exists to believe that a valid debt exists.
If you wish to have a hearing, you must request one in writing or in person before a Clerk of this Court within 30 days of
receipt of this notice.
If no petition for such hearing is filed within the time allowed, the lien shall conclusively be deemed a valid one,
foreclosure thereof allowed, and a public sale pursuant to OCGA § 44-7-116 shall be authorized.
