through 28, NMSA Compilation, and regulations promulgated by the Board of Regents, New Mexico State University. I
understand all Plant Protection Licenses expire on September 30, each year, and that Section 76-5-26 of the Plant
Protection Act requires the payment of a double fee for any license or permit not renewed prior to its expiration.
Renewals postmarked October 1 or later are considered late and double fee will apply.
