wMinimum cumulative 2.5 GPA is required to participate in study abroad. Students with GPA under minimum should direct appeals to Dr. Nevan Fisher
(nfisher2@naz.edu), AVP for Global Programs and Executive Director of the Center for International Education.
wAdvance approval of courses is required. Signature(s) of the Chair of the department in which the Nazareth College course resides must be obtained for each individual
course.
wGrades earned in Nazareth College study abroad programs are included in GPA calculation and students can take a maximum of one course as pass/fail elective credit if
desired. Grades earned in non-Nazareth College programs are not included in GPA calculation; grades earned must be C- or better to be posted. Note: no pass/fail
courses are permitted to transfer from non-Nazareth College study abroad programs.
wStudents must be registered for and complete 12-19 credits of coursework abroad or financial aid could be negatively impacted.
