YouhavebeenselectedtoparticipateinasurveyofgraduatingNavalPostgraduateSchool(NPS)students.Thepurpose
ofthissurveyistoassessvariousaspectsofacademiclifeatNPS,includingyourqualityoflife,thephysical
environment,supportservices,andpoliciesandrequirementssetforthbyNPS.Theresultsofthesurveywillbeusedby
theNPSleadershiptoimproveNPS.ThisisyouropportunitytoprovideNPSwithfrankfeedbackonwhatworkswelland
whatdoesnot.
Notangiblecompensationwillbegivenforparticipationinthesurvey.Ifyouagreetoparticipate,youarefreetowithdraw
atanytimewithoutprejudice.Uponcompletionoftheresearch,acopyofthefinalreportwillbeavailablefromDr.Fran
