Guidelines for the Missouri Returning Heroes Act (MHRA) tuition reduction benefit
1. Must have been on active duty and deployed to a combat zone after September 11, 2001,
2.
must have been a Missouri resident at time of enlistment,
3. must provide a copy of your DD-214 (Member 4), and
4. must maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.50.
If you are receiving tuition assistance from another military source, that benefit will be applied first,
then your tuition reduction through MRHA will be applied.
MRHA benefits are available for up to 10 years after your discharge date.
Tuition will be reduced to $50 per credit hour for all undergraduate classes you enroll for.

under the Missouri Returning Heroes’ Act.
