You have been ordered to participate in this program as a condition of bond or pretrial
release, as a condition of a suspended sentence or probation, or as a condition of parole.
If you have been ordered to submit to transdermal alcohol monitoring, you will be
provided a separate document that sets forth the requirements. The following
requirements apply to participants who have been ordered to provide twice-daily breath
tests.
While participating in the program you will be subject to the following requirements:
TESTING: Participants are required to accomplish two PASTs daily, once in the
morning and once in the evening.
LOCATIONS: You have been ordered to participate in the 24/7 Sobriety Program
at the following location:

HOURS: 7 days/week, 365 days a year
Morning tests: 7:00 - 9:00 a.m.
Evening tests: 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.
COSTS: $_____ per PAST (personal check or cash only)
You are required to pay in advance, or at the time of testing, for the PBT. Failure
to pay will be considered a violation of your bond condition, and you may be
arrested.
MISSING A TEST: A No-Show during your designated testing hours is a
violation of the 24/7 Sobriety Program.

If you miss a test, you will go to jail.
POSITIVE TEST:
If the PAST indicates the presence of alcohol, you will go to jail.
Tests performed at another facility DO NOT count for this program. Unless prior
arrangements have been made, tests at another facility will be considered
violations. If you must leave the area, you must coordinate with your attorney and
the 24/7 Sobriety Program testing facility to make sure that the facility has the
appropriate paperwork at least one week before you leave.
30 Minutes prior to testing, you shall not use or consume any food, beverages,
gum, toothpaste, and tobacco products. Do not put anything in your mouth during
the 30 minutes prior to testing.
Any use of alcohol products constitutes a violation of the 24/7 Sobriety Program.
This includes, but is not limited to, mouthwash, cough syrup, and other
commercial products containing alcohol (including cold medicines such as
Nyquil).
