2. Melissa’s mom just signed her up for a new cell phone plan. She can now
talk for less than 1800 minutes a month for a flat rate.
a. Write an inequality that shows how many minutes Melissa can talk
each month on the flat rate. Graph the inequality on a number line.
Write a sentence that describes what the number line means.
b. The timer on the phone shows that Melissa has already talked for 350
full minutes, how many more minutes could she talk this month?
