ORDER REVOKING BOND AND
WARRANT FOR ARREST
A motion to revoke the defendant’s release on bond has been filed in this Court
alleging that the defendant has violated the bond conditions on the underlying charge of
________________________________________, and the prosecutor has made a verified
application setting forth facts or circumstances constituting a breach of the defendant’s
bond conditions. Specifically, the defendant was ordered on ____________________,
20_____, to participate in the 24/7 Sobriety Program and either report for daily alcohol
testing or allow transdermal alcohol monitoring until bond was exonerated or until further
order of this Court. Based upon the verified application, this Court has determined that
good cause exists to revoke the defendant’s release on bond.
THIS COURT HEREBY ORDERS that the defendant’s bond is revoked and
further orders any Montana peace officer to arrest the defendant and return him or her to
the custody of the Lewis & Clark County Detention Center until a hearing can be
conducted in accordance with Mont. Code Ann. § 46-9-311.
