Here are guidelines for how you show up and make
the most of the event.
1. WEBCAM ETIQUETTE: With most virtual events,
video is one-way. This makes it harder for the host, as well
as other attendees. We ask that you enable your webcam
during this event, as your speakers will be able to see you,
and feel your energy, making these three days one of the
most fun and valuable virtual experiences you’ve EVER been
a part of. PS - Be aware of your surroundings (for example, if
you need to use the restroom during the live sessions, and
you take your computer with you so you can still hear us, be
sure to turn o your audio and video ;-)
2. BEING PRESENT: Really “listen” to the speakers:
Being present is the best gift you can give yourself! Resist
the urge to take tons of notes (versus listening for and
capturing big takeaways) and keep your phones on do not
disturb and turn your email notications o to minimize
distractions. If you have children, set up a play area where
you can keep an eye on them while they are self-entertaining.

self: reduce alcohol consumption in the evenings so you get

4. EXPANSION: Take the time during networking
breaks and breakouts to connect with fellow attendees.
5. STAYING ON SCHEDULE: Reminder that this
is not a regular virtual event, webinar or tele-summit. This
is a live virtual experience, and for you to get maximum ROI
(plus support your fellow participants) you need to be with
us in order to make the most of it! YOU are an important

We know you will ask for the schedule this week, so here it is.
Macro view. We also know you want every little detail, every
nuance and a detailed guide to the session content.
But here is lesson #1, no one ever asks for the content
unless they are deciding what to skip. (It’s true, you actually
don’t need to know unless you are trying to plan to do other
things.) Skip the urge to do other things. Stay with us. Stay in
flow. Sessions build upon one another, so plan to be present
for all. To miss a little is to miss a lot.
And, while we are going there, be on time. If you sit for a few
unexpected minutes, patiently waiting, take the time to get
to know the folks in your room. Important connections are
made here (but you have to be here to make them).
Sessions include time to get it done, time to submit
questions, interactive shares and networking.
We start mid-morning East Coast time to allow dierent
time zones to catch up with us, so we will also be taking a
late lunch each day. We have scheduled break times and
meal times, with time allocated for structured interaction
with your fellow students and our team. Please be sure to
plan snacks, hydration, and caeination for your lunch and
networking breaks.
We reserve the right to make slight alterations based on what
you need. Trust the process. We have hosted lots of events,

Note: These are the keys to what has been going on just
below the surface, automatically both in your nervous system
and thinking, that stops you from earning more money, from
marketing yourself with enthusiasm and from really allowing
yourself to feel the condence you deserve to feel.

THE COST
So here is an extremely important question…
How long have you felt that and how much has it cost you?
As you look at the things that you wrote down on this
paper which are stopping you, the true blocks, I want you to
answer this question, even if you need to just take a guess:
How much has this cost you in the last ve or even 10 years
of your life?
How much has this cost you in terms of income in earning?
So take a guess now and write that down.
Secondly, have there been other costs to you personally?
How much has it cost you in terms of your condence in
your happiness?
How much has it cost you TRULY standing fully in your
power?
It’s important to have clarity about how much this is costing
you, even though it’s not fun to look at and I’ll tell you why
in a minute. But take a second now to think about that and
write it down.
And nally, if you’re nding the cost has been great how
much will it continue to cost you in the next year or 3 years
if it stays in place?
I know that this is not fun to think about or look at, and
I’m really making you sit with it at but the reality is that
this has been costing you a lot more than you may have
Realized.
I really want to give you this clarity so that you can make a
truly informed empowered decision about whether or not
you want to continue to carry this old baggage.

you don’t know what will come next.
So shine a light on the shadows and
reveal what you need to see, it will be
hard, but it will be amazing.

each and every act
of bravery you take.

we don’t want, we can start to have a new type of clarity
... about what we do want and a new energy “Vibe”!
So, here is my last question for this process:
If these issues and the hidden roots of them were to be
cleared away, what would be possible for you?
Could you imagine that maybe your condence would
increase by 50%? Or maybe even double? What would that
do to your ability and your willingness to charge your worth
or market yourself with enthusiasm?
What would it feel like to walk around in that version of you?
The version of you that no longer operates this way that
no longer has these automatic unconscious reactions in
programming.
Because part of the clarity I also want to give you is the
clarity of what is really possible for you when these things
are uncovered, brought into the light and then simply
cleared away. It’s possible for you to step into the condent
powerful person you want to be, truly creating your life on
purpose.
