MISS TINY CAVALIER PAGEANT OFFICIAL ENTRY FORM RELEASE
READ THE STATEMENT BELOW AND SIGN.
Entry Forms, Publicity Release Forms and copies of birth certificates must be submitted no later than
the entry deadline date posted on the BPCC Calendar of Events, at which time a MANDATORY meeting
with the contestants will take place. Failure to attend this meeting MAY result in a contestant’s
disqualification. Contestant headshots WILL be taken for the judges’ books; and, contestant numbers
WILL be drawn at this meeting.
The outfit to be worn in the pageant should be brought to rehearsal for approval. Attire is Sunday dress
with natural hair. No makeup, pageant dresses, sequins, jewelry, netting, petticoats or crinoline!
No jewelry except for small stud earrings! Failure to adhere to these rules WILL result in a
contestant’s immediate disqualification.
I understand that entry in the Miss Tiny Cavalier Pageant will require my child’s participation in the
rehearsal and the pageant. I agree to release Bossier Parish Community College and the pageant
coordinators from liabilities due to theft, accident, or injury while participating in any activity associated
with the pageant. I understand and accept these rules. I also understand and agree that the judges’
decisions are FINAL.
