For program requirements, complete this form and also include:
• Three letters of recommendation. Letters should be mailed directly to the Program Coordinator at the address
listed below.
• A copy of your college transcripts for faculty review.
• Personal statement. This should include a brief biography indicating your interests and goals, and how they relate
to creative writing.
• Writing sample. This is the most important component of your application. The writing sample should include
10 pages of poetry OR 25 pages of ction or creative nonction, depending on your genre.
