MEMORANDUM OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I/We ______________________________ request that the City of Yorba Linda accept and begin
the Engineering Division plan check of:
Rough Grade Plan Precise Grade Plan Street Improvement Plan
Lot Line Adjustment
and supporting documents for property located at __________________________________
prior to Planning Division/Planning Commission review and/or approval. I/We agree and accept
that the City of Yorba Linda will be charging non-refundable plan check fees for incurred costs
associated with the Engineering Division plan check submittal regardless of the outcome of
my/our pending Planning Division/Planning Commission review. I/We further acknowledge that
I/we may incur additional costs privately for civil engineering or other design related services
associated with my/our project prior to receiving approval from the Planning Division/Planning
Commission. I/we understand that acceptance of said plans and/or documents reviewed by the
Engineering Division does not extend nor imply an approval from the Planning Division/Planning
Commission and does not grant a vested right or any other property right related to the properties.
