MEETING NOTICE OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY

There will be a Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Paducah at 5:30 p.m., on Tuesday, July 14, 2020, held in the Commission Chambers of City Hall
located at 300 South 5
th
Street, Paducah, Kentucky.
Limited Public Seating
Due to limited space in the City Commission Chambers, and the requirement to
ensure public safety during COVID-19 using social distancing measures, no more than 15
members of the public will be able to attend in-person. Access will be granted on a first-come
basis. Public Comment Cards will be accepted on site for the first 15 members of the public to
arrive. Members of the public who attend the meeting in person are asked to wear a face
covering in accordance with the directives of Executive Order 2020-586.
Commission Meeting Broadcast
Members of the public are encouraged to view the meeting virtually. In
accordance with Senate Bill 150, the public is invited to view the meeting on Youtube at
https://www.youtube.com/user/paducahkygov or on the government access channel Government
11 (Comcast channel 11).
Virtual Public Comment Participation
Members of the public are encouraged to participate virtually when possible.
Members of the public that would like to participate in the meeting by making public comments
may do so virtually, by following the instructions on the attached Public Comment Card which
should be returned to the City Clerk’s office no later than 3:30 pm on the day of the meeting.
Once submitted, you will receive directions on how to access the meeting virtually.
Media Attendance
Members of the media are invited to attend the meeting and encouraged to use
face coverings and practice social distancing.
