1. Fill out the form on the next page and submit to the City of Whitewater
Neighborhood Services Department for approval.
2. Have a deed prepared (using the attached form, or other quit claim deed). For any
questions regarding preparation of the deed, please speak to an attorney as the city
cannot give legal advice.
3. Submit both the city approval and the deed to the Walworth County Register of
Deeds at the address below along with the filing fee ($30.00 as of 8/11/17).
4. The county has the final say as to approve or deny the lot combination, and a
signature by the City of Whitewater official does not guarantee approval.
