Appendix 1 - Application to propose a Local Green Space designation
Please use this form to put forward any sites that you would like to be considered for
designation as a Local Green Space in the Local Plan Part 2A.
Please complete the relevant boxes below providing evidence to support your
application. The Council requires evidence as to why an area is of particular
significance to the local community. The Council reserves the right to request
additional evidence where needed.
A separate form should be completed for each site being proposed.
A map showing the boundary for each proposed area must also be provided. The
Council is unable to provide plans or maps for this exercise, but Ordnance Survey
maps can be obtained from the OS at http://www.ordnancesurvey.co.uk/ (there may
be a charge for this service).
