Upload a fully executed copy of the Sales Contract to the FLS order when placed
Upload Condo or PUD Questionnaire if already received to the FLS order
Upload Flood Certificate if property is in a Flood Zone to the FLS order
Confirm Loan Type and Occupancy Status are correct (if investment don’t forget to order Operating
Income Statement in addition to the Appraisal if applicable)
