You may cancel for any reason. All cancellations become effective the day the letter of cancellation/transfer is
received by the Division. To cancel a Limited Liability Partnership a letter of cancellation must be presented to
the division. The cancellation letter should include the following information:

filed document along with a return-addressed envelope with adequate first-class postage must also be submitted.

may use the business entity physical address rather than the residential or private address of any individual affiliated with the entity.
