PART 1: INTRODUCTION
Following the 2018 Love on Mini Grants to celebrate its formal launch, the Lenovo Foundation would like
to offer its second annual grant round in conjunction with Lenovo’s 35th birthday celebrations, providing
organizations around the world with the opportunity to receive up to $35k USD in support (smallest grant
will be $5k USD). The Foundation and its evaluation committee will select one recipient doing meaningful
work in each of Lenovo’s five geographies: North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific, Europe/Middle
East/Africa, and China.
Lenovo started in 1984 and has grown to become a global company with more than 54,000 employees
located in 60+ countries. In 2019, Lenovo is a global technology leader and #1 provider of PCs on the
planet. As a provider of PCs, data centers, smart phones, and smart technology, Lenovo is leveraging its

inspire organizations around the world who have the same spirit of growth and vision as Lenovo did since
its humble beginnings.
