LIMITED WAIVER OF RECORDING RIGHTS

audio record my presentation at the

I understand that the recording of my presentation is to be used solely for archival
and educational purposes for the judges and court staff of Nevada’s state court
system.
In consideration for my permission to record my presentation as stated above, and
if my presentation was recorded, the Nevada Administrative Office of the Courts
and the Supreme Court of Nevada agree to provide me with a copy of the recording
of my presentation. I understand that I must submit a written request for such
recording.
Other than receiving a copy of my recorded presentation, I agree not to levy or
seek any monetary remuneration or consideration from the Nevada Administrative
Office of the Courts, the Supreme Court of Nevada, or their representatives.
Any other use of any portion of my recorded presentation at the above-referenced
conference will require the Nevada Administrative Office of the Courts or the
Supreme Court of Nevada to notify me of such other possible use and to seek my
prior permission. I may seek remuneration or other consideration for such use.
