Fire shall be located no closer than 50' to any building or property line

Site shall be clear of combustibles or combustibles shall be protected from fire

One person at location shall be over 21 years of age and of a competent state of mind.

One of the follow forms of extinguishing agents shall be shall be within 20 feet of the fire location.
¾ 5 pound A/B/C fire extinguisher
¾ 5-gallon containers of water
¾ Connected and charged garden hose

Charcoal starter may be used to ignite the fire, but after ignition fluid shall be stored at least 25' from the fire.
