Management I value your opinion and comments highly. Please e-mail this completed form to the
Director of Risk Management, Michael Kelly at MichaelM.Kelly@unco.edu for consideration. After
submission, this form will be reviewed with the executive board of the Interfraternity Council and
upon approval, your amendment will be proposed at the Interfraternity Council Meeting.
Amendments submitted before Monday at 6:00p.m. will be reviewed for the Interfraternity Council
meeting held the next day. Amendments submitted after 6:00p.m. on Monday will be reviewed for
the Interfraternity Council meeting held a week later.
