Step 2: Complete Master plan with the discipline areas and courses you will take, use the approved guidelines on our website.
Step 3: Send this form to IS3dadvising@sdsu.edu for pre-approval.
Step 4: Obtain each discipline areas approval by having each major advisor sign ONE Master Plan on the designated line below. (Major Advisor Directory)
Submit the approved Master Plan along with this Change of Major form to the is3dadvising@sdsu.edu email address.
