Installment amounts are estimates and may change based on enrollment or other activity affecting the student
account. Fee increases or decreases will adjust the remaining installments due. Students are responsible for
reviewing their account on Online Services to verify the amount due for the next installment payment.
This agreement is subject to the following provisions. I understand and agree that:
Installment Payment Plans require an initial deposit equal to 33% of unpaid fee balance + $50.00 Admin Fee,
which is due by Dec 9,2020. The balance will be due in 2 equal payments by the 15th of each subsequent month.
Financial aid awarded & accepted but not yet posted to your account for the term must be deducted from the total
balance due. The amount remaining is eligible for installment payments. Subsequent Financial Aid awards will be
applied to your installment payment plan balance until paid in full.
The installment payment plan is not available for balances less than $400.00.
If you register late or add additional courses, you may owe the equivalent of multiple payments to avoid enrollment
cancellation.
Late installment payments will incur a fee of $25.00 each month the payment is late.
Missed or rejected payments will result in ineligibility for future Installment Payment Plans, and cause you to be subject
to enrollment cancellation, forfeiture of fees already paid and a hold placed on your student account. If you are dropped
from your classes, you may not be able to re-enroll due to wait lists.
Failure to pay may result in additional collection costs, including those associated with referral to a third-party collection
agency. My signature below confirms I accept responsibility for any collection costs associated with my account.
I understand that any outstanding debt due the university related to my enrollment and/or attendance will convert to a
student loan due immediately upon departure from the university.
