COMPENSATION PREFERENCE (please check one)
I prefer to volunteer my services to my community and fellow voters, which reduces the overall cost of elections and
allows for greater flexibility in scheduling poll workers on election day.
I would like to be compensated for my service as a poll worker at the standard rate of pay for poll workers in the state of
South Carolina and Beaufort County. I understand that, in order to receive compensation, I must complete employment
paperwork and I will be entered into the Beaufort County Council payroll system.
