Ability to enter time, approve time, manage exceptions and run reports for student employees. Responsible for providing
accurate attendance reporting for student employees and following the campus Student Employee policies and
procedures. This includes monitoring and maintaining accurate student employee appointment information such as pay
rates, job codes, funding sources, positions, eligibility and status. Responsible for verifying that timesheets are signed by
both student supervisors and students. Timesheets and PeopleSoft Time and Labor must accurately reflect hours worked
as indicated on the student timesheet, as well as be approved by scheduled due dates to ensure pay issues and is available
on student pay day. Will have to re-certify each year via Signature Re-Authorization. Please fill out Student Payroll

Ability to run Attendance Certification Report and other Payroll/Attendance Reports. Responsible for initiating the
monthly Master Payroll Attendance Certification process to provide accurate time and attendance records to the Payroll
Office in accordance with attendance procedures by scheduled due dates. Duties include recording personnel actions on
attendance certification reports, obtaining Certifier's signature, and performing as a liaison between the Payroll Office and
employees or department heads to correct or clarify attendance records. Will have to re-certify each year via Signature Re-
