Introduction
Following on from the submission to Braintree District Council of the Hatfield Peverel
Neighbourhood Plan and the subsequent Regulation 16 and Focused Changes Consultation,
additional work has been undertaken. A public consultation on the Post Submission
Further Changes is now taking place between 11th February & 25th March 2019.
Three documents are available for consultation: The Hatfield Peverel Neighbourhood Plan -
Post Submission Further Changes, Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) & Habitats
Regulation Assessment (HRA) and Basic Conditions Statement.
The documents can be viewed via the councils website and hard copies are available at the
Council Offices and Hatfield Peverel Library.
Responses are encouraged via the council’s online consultation system available on the
website, see www.braintree.gov.uk/consultlp However, forms can be returned electronically to
Neighbourhoodplans@braintree.gov.uk or in hard copy if necessary to:
