GRADUATING IN DECEMBER, STUDYING ABROAD FOR THE SPRING SEMESTER, OR GETTING MARRIED
AT SEMESTER BREAK ARE EXEMPTED FROM THE
HOUSING CANCELLATION FEE. ALL OTHERS WILL BE
REVIEWED UPON RECEIPT OF A PETITION FOR POLICY EXCEPTION SUBMITTED TO THE OFFICE OF
HOUSING.
