INTENT TO PARTICIPATE
in
Saint Louis University’s
1818 Advanced College Credit Program

intends to participate in Saint Louis University’s 1818 Advanced
College Credit Program during the 20 _ _ -20 _ _ academic year.
As a school partner in the 1818 ACC Program, officials of including
school administrators, high school coordinators, guidance counselors and teachers, agree to abide by all
policies articulated in Policies, Practices and Procedures, available on-line at http://1818.slu.edu, including,
but not limited to:
Recommending eligible high school teachers as adjunct instructors in a timely way.
Recommending eligible high school students for 1818 ACC participation.
Communicating program basics to faculty, students and parents, including processes and deadlines for
registration, and contact information as provided by the 1818 ACC Office.
Meeting registration and grading timelines and deadlines as communicated by the 1818 ACC Office.
Accommodating 1818 ACC Program staff and University liaisons in arranging school and classroom
site visits.
Attending at least one event on campus during the 20 _ _ -20 _ _ academic year.
Saint Louis University’s 1818 Advanced College Credit Program officials agree that partnership with
, includes, but is not limited to the following benefits, provided the
school remains active (schools whose student enrollment and/or faculty engagement in 1818 ACC during the
current or preceding academic year reflects a majority of its potential participation or engagement):
Tuition rates of $65.00 per credit hour.
Graduate tuition scholarships on request for active 1818 ACC adjunct faculty members (high school
adjunct instructors who have enrolled students in either the current semester, or in the immediately
preceding semester) and school administrators, not to exceed 6 hours per academic year.
Substitute teacher pay to cover 1818 ACC faculty professional development at SLU, not to exceed
$75.00 per active 1818 ACC teacher, per approved event.
Annual faculty training stipends of a minimum of $225.00 per active teacher, school coordinator and
administrator in attendance.
Annual site visits from 1818 ACC Program staff and /or University liaisons to strengthen our
school/college partnership.
School partner incentive awards, based on sustained student enrollment in the 1818 ACC Program.

Non-Compliance Policy
By signing the document, individuals are agreeing to uphold the various requirements of an active status. Failure to uphold the Intent to
Participate risks putting the individual, dual credit offering, and/or partnership in a non-compliant status.
A non-compliant status will result in discussion on the further partnership of the program, ability to continue to offer specific dual credit
courses, provisional standards to be met to become active again, or the end of the dual credit partnership with Saint Louis
University.Individuals and partner high schools will be notified privately by the Program Director for issues of non-compliance.
