SALARY: Full Military Pay and Allowances, depending on rank and longevity of selectee

QUALIFICATION/ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
1. Refer to ANGI 36-101, The Active Guard/Reserve Program, for general eligibility requirements for initial entry into the AGR
Program and specific guidelines for utilization, and assignment of currently on-board AGR members.
2. Applicants must meet the physical qualifications outlined in AFI 48-123, Medical Examination and Standards.
3. Applicant must meet weight requirements at the time of entry into the AGR Program. Any member on the ANG Fitness
Improvement Program is ineligible for entry into AGR status.
4. Applicant should be able to complete 20 years of active duty service prior to mandatory separation.
5. Category 1 AGR resources (recruiters, security forces, range, air defense, civil support) are fenced and are not able to move
AGR asset.
6. Highly desired that member have completed the appropriate level of PME corresponding to their grade/rank.
7. Applications must be received in the HRO not later than close of business on the closing date! Applications received after
the closing date will not be considered.
BRIEF OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Plans and prepares for mission. Reviews mission tasking and intelligence information. Supervises mission planning, preparation
and crew briefing/debriefing. Ensures equipment and crew are mission ready prior to execution/deployment. Operates weapons
system(s) and commands crew. Performs, supervises, or directs weapons system employment and associated crew activities.
Conducts or supervises training of crewmembers. Ensures operational readiness of crew by conducting or supervising mission
specific training. Develops plans and policies, monitors operations, and advises commanders. Assists commanders and
performs staff functions related to this specialty.
AFSC
AFSC: 11F3B Knowledge: is mandatory of theory of flight, air navigation, meteorology, flying directives, aircraft operating
procedures, and mission tactics. Education: For entry into this specialty, an undergraduate degree specializing in physical
sciences, mathematics, administration, or management is desirable. Training: The following training is mandatory as indicated.
For entry into this specialty, completion of Air Force Specialized Undergraduate Pilot Training (SUPT). For award of AFSC
11F3X, completion of transition and operational training in the suffix specific aircraft. Experience: For upgrade to AFSCs 11F3X,
unit commander determines proficiency based on performance, experience, and completion of minimum training requirements.
AFSC: 113Y: Knowledge: is mandatory of theory of flight, air navigation, meteorology, flying directives, aircraft operating
procedures, and mission tactics. Education: For entry into this specialty, an undergraduate degree specializing in physical
