HERITAGE AWARD NOMINATION
The Youngstown State University Heritage Award recognizes distinguished former members of the University's faculty
and professional/administrative staff whose contributions and long-term devotion to the University are important to the
heritage of the University and the community it serves.
Members of the University's retired full-time faculty or retired full-time professional/administrative staff are eligible for
nomination, provided the individual’s full-time employment by the University ended at least one year before the
nomination review, and there is no expectation of future full-time employment. ETS faculty are eligible. Nominees may
be living or deceased.
Nominations may be made by alumni or by current or former faculty and staff members. In the space below, identify the
individual nominated, and describe why you feel this person should receive the Heritage Award.
