How much is the Green and Silver Presidential Scholarship?
The annual award for the Green and Silver Presidential Scholarship is approximately $11,016. This not only covers
tuition, fees and residence hall charges but also provides an additional $500 per semester. (Annual tuition, fees
and residence hall charges for University managed housing total approximately $10,016. Annual awards are based
on actual tuition, fees and double occupancy residence hall charges.)
What are the eligibility requirements for the Green and Silver Presidential Scholarship?
The Green and Silver Presidential Scholarship is for incoming freshmen who meet the following requirements:
• New Mexico resident
• New Mexico high school graduate, New Mexico GED, or New Mexico HiSET recipient in the semester
proceeding the rst semester of attendance
• 3.0 GPA and ACT Composite of 27 (or 1260–1290 SAT Evidence-Based Reading and Writing, Math) OR
• 3.5 GPA and ACT Composite of 25 (or 1200–1220 SAT Evidence-Based Reading and Writing, Math)
How can I be considered for the Green and Silver Presidential Scholarship?
To be considered for the Green and Silver Presidential Scholarship, complete the following by the scholarship
deadline of March 1 for the fall semester:
1. Be fully admitted by March 6, 2020: enmu.edu/Apply.
2. Have a Green and Silver Presidential Scholarship application on le by March 6, 2020.
3. Be a New Mexico resident and a New Mexico high school graduate.
4. Enroll full time directly out of high school.
Note: To receive the Green and Silver Presidential Scholarship, you must a have Free Application for Federal Student Aid
(FAFSA) on le: fafsa.ed.gov
When will I be notied if I received the Green and Silver Presidential Scholarship?
If you are selected for the Green and Silver Presidential Scholarship, you will be notied no later than April 10, 2020.
ENMU will award a maximum of 10 Green and Silver Presidential Scholarships each year.
