I understand that my application for graduation will be processed. A non-refundable graduation fee ($175 for Undergraduate; $250 for Masters; $750 for Doctorate) will
be billed to my student account. I understand that in order to participate in the Fall Commencement I must have an approved plan to complete all degree requirements no
later than December 31, 2018. I understand that in order to participate in the Spring Commencement I must have an approved plan to complete all degree requirements
by May 3, 2019. I understand that in order to participate in the Summer Commencement I must have an approved plan to complete all degree requirements by August 31,
2019. If I do not complete degree requirements by August 31, 2019, I will be required to reapply for graduation and a $50 reapplication fee will be due.
