your degree guide. All coursework completed at another institution must be pre-approved by the Office of the University Registrar, by submitting a Transfer Course
Approval form for all coursework not listed on the transfer Articulation Agreements. Please have an official transcript sent to CBU for any coursework completed at
Failure to complete all degree requirements by the date indicated may result in a deferral of your degree posting date and additional re-application charges may apply.
Students completing a thesis or dissertation will need to complete the Graduation Application Supplement in addition to the Graduation Application.
I understand that my application for graduation will be processed. A non-refundable graduation fee ($175 for Undergraduate; $250 for Master's) will be billed to my
student account. I understand that in order to participate in the December Commencement I must have an approved plan to complete all degree requirements no later
than December 31, 2016. I understand that in order to participate in the May Commencement I must have an approved plan to complete all degree requirements by May
5, 2017. I understand that in order to participate in the August Commencement I must have an approved plan to complete all degree requirements by August 31, 2017. If
I do not complete degree requirements by August 31, 2017, I will be required to reapply for graduation and a $50 reapplication fee will be due.
