To be completed by students seeking financial aid for Fall 2018 and Spring 2019. Do not complete this form if
you have already been packaged for the Fall Term, if you a law school student or you will be a new student for the
Spring 2019 semester.
To ensure that your aid is in place prior to the beginning of the Fall 2018 semester, students must submit this
application by the PRIORITY DATE: Monday, July 16, 2018. Students submitting this form after this date are still
eligible to receive financial aid for Fall; however, we cannot guarantee your aid will be in place by the start of the Fall
semester. Application received after the priority date are not eligible to receive a book voucher and/or may
require you to make alternate payment arrangements by the tuition deadline.
In order to be considered for financial aid, you must:
Be fully or conditionally admitted to a degree program. Please note: students in provisionally admitted and
certificate programs are not eligible for Federal Student Aid programs.
Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for 2018-2019 at www.fafsa.ed.gov. On
Step 6, make sure to include our Title IV school code: 001205;
Maintain half-time enrollment (4 units for graduate and 6 units for undergraduate) for a minimum of 16 weeks
in classes applicable to your degree program. If repeating a course to improve your grade, only the first
repeat attempt is counted in your total enrolled units to determine eligibility;
Submit this completed application to the Financial Aid Office electronically via email at finaid@ggu.edu
