Garage Sale Requirements (Chapters14.5-1 Town Code)
Display of Merchandise for Sale
All merchandise must be displayed in a garage, driveway, carport or roof porch.
Signage:
No more than three (3) signs allowed. Signs shall not exceed three (3) square
feet in size. One (1) sign allowed at site of the garage sale. The other two (2)
may be placed at the street corners closest to the property. No signs shall be
placed where they interfere with pedestrians or traffic.
ALL SIGNS MUST BE REMOVED WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER THE GARAGE SALE ENDS!
