GS-APPEAL — APPEAL OF DISMISSAL OR DENIED ADMISSION
INSTRUCTIONS: This form is to be used for transmitting to the Graduate School a request by a student to appeal either:
a) denied admission into one of the Clemson’s graduate programs, or
b) dismissal from one of Clemson’s graduate programs.

For appeal of denied admission
This form must be submitted to the Graduate School within 30 days of the date of letter indicating rejection, or at
least two weeks prior to the beginning of the term in which the student wishes to enroll, whichever is earlier.

Please attach your written statement providing evidence that the admission decision was unfairly or improperly
rendered.
For appeal of dismissal
