IMPORTANT -- READ CAREFULLY:
Unless otherwise specified, the GIS data provided is for your personal and non-
commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce,
publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, obtained. The
digital information provided shall remain the property of the County which shall retain all rights
commensurate with ownership. The County reserves the right to deny access to certain
coverages.
The GIS digital data layers are provided “AS IS”; the data layers available are updated
constantly and are subject to change. The County does not warrant that the data contained in the
GIS digital data layers will meet the requirements of the data User or that the operation of GIS
digital data layers will be uninterrupted or error free or that all County GIS data defects will be
corrected.
The County hereby disclaims any and all liability for inaccuracy or other problems with
the data supplied, including but not limited to damages, claims, injuries or suits arising from
such error.
The User assumes the entire risk, including quality, performance and usefulness of any
data requested. The User hereby releases the County and its officers, agents and all employees
and volunteers from any and all claims, damages, liability, injuries and suits arising from such
inaccuracy or error.
