PROCEDURE:
1. This form must be signed by a Club Member and a General Committee member who will have outlined the Club objectives
and rules which can be seen at Club Rules
2. The completed form must be returned to the Club Membership Secretary together with the Membership fee.
3. Once received his/her application form will be posted on the club notice board at Blue Chip Head Office the Committee will
confirm membership within 2 weeks, and until confirmation, you will have temporary membership.
4. Upon approval the Temporary Member will be written to vie email, to confirm his/ her membership. In the unlikely event that
the application is turned down the Membership Fee will be refunded in full.

Blue Chip SUPer Club aims to keep the fees as low as possible and voluntary support and assistance from our
members goes a long way to ensuring that it is fun for all.

Members joining after 1st October will not need to renew until 1st January the following year
