1. This Inspection Resolution amends the contract dated , between
(Seller) and (Buyer) relating to the sale and purchase of the Property known as:

Terms used in this document have the same meaning as in the Contract.
2. RESOLUTION OF UNSATISFACTORY PHYSICAL CONDITION. Pursuant to the Inspection Resolution provision
in the Contract, Buyer and Seller agree that Seller, on or before , will do the following to resolve

unsatisfactory physical condition set forth in this document, will be paid by Seller.

Note: This document amends the Contract. Buyer must provide a copy of this Inspection Resolution to Buyer’s Lender.
