Contractor hereby acknowledges that it has received progress payments in the sum of
for labor, services, equipment or material furnished to the New Jersey Schools Development Authority
Project, and Contractor does hereby release any mechanic's lien or bond right that it has in (SDA)
connection with the Project and arising out of the performance of the Contract work to the following
extent. This release covers progress payments for labor, services, equipment or materials furnished to
SDA through , only and does
not cover any retention, if any, or labor, services, equipment or materials furnished after that date.
Contractor warrants that all of its equipment lessors, suppliers, subcontractors, labor and taxes
applicable to the Contract work have been paid in full through the date set forth above and agrees to
indemnify and hold SDA and its sureties harmless against any claim or loss arising from the nonpayment
thereof.
